Majestical Health LLC does not allow refunds on any of our products due COVID-19 precautions. We do make sure to secure all item(s) to prevent any damages. If your order was damaged during shipping, we ask that you take a picture of the item(s) and send it to our email at majeasticalhealthllc@outlook.com. Please inspect your order upon reception and send picture within two days of your package arriving, so that we can determine our next step to correct it.
Please note: Certain items cannot be returned like perishable goods. This includes gels, gummies, and smoothies. Personal goods such as body creams/soaps are non-returnable. If you have any concerns or questions about your item(s), contact us via email.
